Do you excel in communication and have a talent for coordination? As a Speaker Liaison for TartariaCon 2025, you will manage the communication and logistics for our esteemed speakers and panelists. Your role will be vital in ensuring that each speaker has the resources they need to deliver a successful and impactful presentation. You will coordinate travel, manage schedules, and serve as the main point of contact for all speaker-related inquiries.
You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that all speaker materials, such as presentation slides or technical equipment, are ready and functioning. By helping speakers prepare for their talks, you’ll ensure that attendees have a rewarding experience filled with valuable insights into the mysteries of the Tartarian Empire.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for the subject matter.
